We want you to get the right products for your Cal Spas hot tub. Please review our policy before purchasing:

Exchanges Only – No Returns

If you purchase the wrong filter, we offer in-store exchanges only, Monday – Friday during business hours only.
No refunds will be issued.

Condition of Products

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and must not have come into contact with water or chlorine.
Opened or used chemicals cannot be exchanged.

Misuse & Damage

We are not responsible for products that are damaged or rendered unusable due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.
Chemical misuse or damage caused by incorrect application is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Filter Sizing Help

If you are unsure which filter you need, you can send us a message through our Contact Form.
Please include your first and last name and the home address where your Cal Spas hot tub was originally delivered so we can help determine the correct size.

5. Shipping

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Office support is available Monday – Friday (11am-5pm). Not available on the weekends.
